Yes! Our shots are all certified Organic by CCOF.

Nope! Not our style. We don't add any preservatives, emulsifiers, additives, gums, etc. Our ingredients are simple and transparently stated on the label: fruits, vegetables, and extracts only. All nutrients and sugars are naturally derived from the fruit or vegetable ingredient found on the product label.

The sediment on the bottom is a natural result of our cold pressing – we don't use emulsifiers, preservatives, or additives to bind our juice together, so the separation is natural. Some manufacturers will use something called a “suspending agent”, this also falls under the name of “gums,” these don’t deliver a nutritional benefit – so they didn’t make the cut for our quality ingredients. Shake that thing up a bit so you can be sure to enjoy all the freshness!

The fresh fruits and vegetables are pressed using a hydraulic press juicer that applies a tremendous amount of pressure to extract out as much of that goodness as we can. This process does not produce heat and therefore does not destroy the nutrients and enzymes found in the raw roots, herbs, fruits, and vegetables.

We all love fresh raw juice, but raw juice can start to go bad within 3-5 days and can make you very sick. HPP (High-Pressure Processing) is a cold processing technique by which our bottles, already sealed in their final package, are loaded into a giant chamber that fills with cold water and pressurizes the bottle with extreme pressure (up to 87,000 psi — think the bottom of the ocean) for a few minutes, then de-pressurizes. The pressure applied thoroughly crushes and inactivates bacteria, pathogens, molds, yeast, and all the bad stuff. Using this process instead of high heat or chemicals to extend the shelf life of our juices, maintains the integrity of the nutrient-dense ingredients, the quality of the flavor, and the effectiveness of them.

All our shots can be taken daily, multiple times  — depending on how you're feeling. We recommend at least a shot a day for a nutrient boost and overall wellness. We like to start off with Power Trip in the am and chase it with Damn Well. Get creative and create your own routine. Trust us, your body will thank you. 

We wouldn’t leave them out for more than two hours at the most.

If you’re ready to give ginger wellness shots a go, you might be wondering what time of day is best to take them. And, honestly, that’s completely up to you. However, for maximum benefit, ginger shots are best taken every day on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Our cold-pressed ginger juice can be consumed at any time of day, hell – even multiple times if your body feels compelled.

We recommend starting with one dose of Power Trip in the morning to start your day with a bang. Follow it up with Damn Well to get the immune boost your body needs right now, or create your own unique routine with Gut Feeling. As long as you add a little liquid sunshine into your routine, you’ll be doing just fine.

Shipping is costly, we not only have to pay for the larger package service, but for the insulated liner, and cold packs as well. This quickly adds up, so in order to make it feasible for both us and our customers, we require a minimum order of 24 chosen shots.

We strive to fulfill orders quickly as possible – orders are usually processed within 1 business day from when the order was placed Monday - Wednesday. However, during peak times order fulfillment may be delayed.

Due to the PERISHABLE nature of the products, and depending on your location, we do not ship Thursdays & Fridays.

If you're local we urge you to come by to grab an order. There are no minimums to place a walk-in order.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is generated based on your order weight and delivery location. Orders over $125 ship free in the U.S.

All orders are packed with drain-safe ice packs and shipped in special biodegradable insulated liners.

We strive to fulfill orders quickly as possible – orders are usually processed within 1 business day from when the order was placed Monday - Wednesday. However, during peak times order fulfillment may be delayed.

Due to the PERISHABLE nature of the products, and depending on your location, we do not ship Thursdays & Fridays.

Once orders are processed and fulfilled, they are shipped out. Depending on the delivery location times will vary.

Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order to avoid possible delays. While we will do all, we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Sunrae cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Once you have received tracking info, your order is now in the hands of the carrier who is liable for it. Please remember Sunrae products are PERISHABLE. Your shipment must be opened, and shots refrigerated upon receipt.

Sunrae cannot be held responsible for unopened shipments, or shipments left sitting overnight.

Please note: Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will ship the following Monday to ensure you receive your order fresh. Please closely monitor the tracking details. If you have any specific delivery requests, please make sure to contact the carrier directly.

If your package shows a status of Delivered, please verify with the listed carrier to confirm that your package was indeed delivered. In the event if your package is missing, please notify us at hello@sunrae.com, with your order number and we will get back to you asap.

We will do our best to assist you regarding your missing package.

Sunrae is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost, or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances, the shipping carrier is responsible for any of all pieces that undergo delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages. All claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once the carrier responds to your claim, we will be able to take further proper actions to resolve this mishap. Until then, your kind patience is much appreciated as we work with the carrier.

Please note, that filing a claim does not guarantee the carrier will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.

Order’s process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at hello@sunrae.com ASAP, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Once an order has been shipped, no cancellations or modifications are possible. Similarly, if you wish to add to your order, Sunrae reserves the right to treat any additions as a second order incurring additional shipping charges.

All purchases are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and returns cannot be accepted. If there is an error with your order, please contact us at info@hellosunrae.com. We will do everything we can to make it right.

We proudly use 100% recycled plastic bottles for all of our shots. The bottles are made in the USA, of 100% PCR Post-Consumer-Recycled and are fully recyclable.

All orders are packed with drain-safe ice packs and shipped in special biodegradable insulated liners inside recycled boxes.
